DENVER (AP) - A 23-year-old Boulder Iraq veteran accused of deserting from the Marines two years ago is being given a less-than-honorable discharge.       Lance Hering was arrested November 16 in Port Angeles, Washington, on charges of desertion and contempt of court.       He was reported missing in August 2006.
